Pair Construction  Co, Inc. is an authorized contractor for the A. B. Chance® Helical Pier Systems and is experienced in grout pumping and waterproofing.  As a licensed general contracting company in Georgia and Alabama, we are acutely aware of soil instability in the southeast. We understand the various soil components and know foundation settlement due to soil deviation can be corrected with our foundation system. We have used our system in both commercial and residential applications, as well as historical restoration projects, government projects, and new construction (when structures are being built on poor soil strata), and retaining wall tiebacks.
